You’re Tired of Holding It All Together-Let’s Rebuild in a Way That Feels Real
You’ve survived so much already-and yet, you’re still carrying it all: the weight of what wasn’t said, what wasn’t safe to feel, what wasn’t allowed to break. If you’re exhausted from managing life on the outside while silently unraveling on the inside, you’re not alone-and you don’t have to keep doing it alone either.
I Help People Who Are:
Navigating complex trauma, shame, or family estrangement
Working through religious deconstruction or spiritual burnout
Feeling disconnected from their own needs, voice, or body
High-functioning but deeply hurting (and tired of pretending otherwise)
What to Expect in a Session With Me:
Gentle, real conversations rooted in empathy and boundaries
Trauma-informed exploration at your pace
Deep processing of identity, grief, and emotional survival
Space to be messy, honest, and human-without performance
What My Weekends Look Like:
Spending slow, present time with my husband and daughter
Engaging in spiritual practices that ground and restore me
Prioritizing self-care in ways that actually nourish, not perform
Getting lost in books that speak to healing, identity, and hope
Listening to and analyzing music-because lyrics often say what we’re not yet ready to
Why I Became a Therapist:
I know what it’s like to grow up feeling like your voice didn’t matter-or like your feelings were too much to be safe. I became a therapist to create the kind of space I wish more people had when they were silently struggling. A space where trauma doesn’t scare people off. Where grief, faith, identity, and survival stories can coexist. Where being “too much” isn’t a liability-it’s a starting point for healing.
