I am a practicum counseling student who approaches therapy with warmth, compassion, and respect for each person’s lived experience. My work is trauma informed and grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and understood. I am also a wife and a mom of four, which has deepened my appreciation for the complexities of caregiving, balance, and identity across different seasons of life. I work with adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed or worn down by life transitions, trauma, and caregiving roles, including those navigating pregnancy, infertility, parenting stress, medical experiences, and the emotional demands of helping professions. I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater balance and resilience at their own pace.
