    Master’s Level Intern,

Let’s be honest: life can be a lot. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply wondering, “What am I supposed to do now?”—you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

My counseling style is warm, honest, collaborative, and occasionally sprinkled with humor, because therapy can be meaningful without feeling stiff or intimidating. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you slow down the noise, understand yourself more deeply, recognize your strengths, and figure out what comes next.

    I Work With

    • Adolescents and young adults working through stress, self-esteem, identity, relationships, academic pressure, and the challenges of growing into themselves.
    • Individuals experiencing stress, overwhelm, or feeling “stuck” who are ready to better understand what is happening beneath the surface.
    • Transitioning high school groups for post-secondary planning, guidance, and support.

    What to Expect

    • A space where you can take off the “I’m fine” hat and talk about what’s really going on.
    • A collaborative, person-centered approach.
    • Genuine connection, real conversations, and a little humor when appropriate.

    How I Spend My Weekends

    • Watching A LOT of football with my hubby
    • Reading and enjoying my book club
    • Sunday dinners with family

So, if you’re overwhelmed, stuck, navigating a transition, struggling in your relationships, or simply ready to do something different, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

No judgement. No pretending. No need to have it all together.

Just a place to be real, get curious, and take the next step.
